Checking some fare while doing a dummy booking today I have noted the telephone number field is now utilising just the one box, rather than the earlier three for country, state and phone.

Good news, after not being able to log into Velocity since the update, I am finally able to this morning.. Although it's useless to me, spitting out some ridiculous information...

Thankfully the implementation hasn't been as disasterous as that of Singapore Airlines back in 2011.....now that was a real cough-up!

Is anyone else missing bookings?

I've made 3 in the past week, 2 are showing however 1 isn't. I have received e-tickets for all 3 bookings so am I safe to assume it's ok?

And the website still has problems. An absolute joke on Singapore Airliness behalf... let's hope VA don't go that way.

No missing bookings...but an upcoming (migrated) booking which previously showed the correct fare details now shows - Fare $0.00...I'll be interested to see how many points I get!

It's small fries, but I was told a while ago that the new system would facilitate more titles (i.e. Dr, Prof etc), but this doesn't appear to have happened. Not a big issue, and a bit wanky to bring it up I know, but the Velocity card is inconsistent with everything else in my wallet (and I was hoping my new one sent next month would have the proper details).

That's always bugged me. I worked hard to get Dr., I'd actually like to be able to use it...

Is it just me or is anyone else a little annoyed about not being able to see all fare types on the same page when searching flights? (i.e. Economy & Business, Reward & ASA). Makes quickly comparing them to work out what you want unnecessarily coughbersome and a bit of a pain in the a**e
