not if LTG is based on personal SC earn only and pooled SC's are ignored as pointed suggested by swanning_it

Yes it shouldn't be difficult to base LTS on how many SCs YOU have heard through flying regardless of where they were pooled to or exlcuding those pooled from others.

If they have limited the records they could simply credit a starter number of LTS credits based on years held as gold or plat and then count them individually from there.
