Taking the option for a direct flight from BNE-SGN I took up a business class deal through APG Distribution on Vietjet. The fare includes lounge access at BNE.

From the VJ website they use Premium Plaza Lounge. The Plaza website shows a closing time of 11p,m. The scheduled departure is 11:40pm. According to flightaware VJ84 it leaves late 00:13, 00:06, 00:31, 00:46, 01:44, 00:27, 01:13, 03:57 the last few days

I'm preparing myself that as an independent lounge they will turf us out at 11pm which is understandable. Not so much fun if it's one of the 03:57 days.

Any one have any experience on how BNE Plaza manages late departures?

Any one have Vietjet experience on their delays? Are they upfront with when it's delayed to 4am or do they just push it back 30 minutes each time?

I haven't flown yet, will know in two week.

Since my OP I've confirmed it's Plaza Premium and preparing to be loungeless from midnight if it's delayed. Vj84 is always delayed BTW

Urrgghh. Just looked up the VJ fleet on aerolopa and that whY seating looks terribly tight. Be interested to hear of your thoughts on the J (angle-flat beds and pot noodle meals?) product after you’ve taken the flight @albatross710.

actually in preparation for a trip report I've been taking notes on the Vietjet experience.
