Vietnam Airlines - Any experiences?

So I've booked SYD-SGN-HAN-LHR return with Vietnam airlines in economy (pending an optiontown Y+ upgrade on the HAN-LHR-HAN legs), would be interested to know any experiences of Vietnam airlines. Flights on A330, 777 and 787.
I've done a status match to Alitalia so should have lounge access and business class check in for all sectors, any experiences with the lounges?

Any info appreciated.

Had a family member do it fairly recently and said it was overall a pleasant experience.

Remember you'll need a Visa for Vietnam given you've booked the domestic sector

Yes this has turned into a bit of an issue, I have a UK passport so in theory don't need a visa, however they have a stipulation that you cannot return within 30 days so will need to get a visa on arrival for the return leg.
