What's the pinot?
I think it's Riposte The Sabre:

Thanks W&D, will give that one a go.

Tried the Lou Miranda sparkling shiraz today. I thought it was good value for the price, good balance of dryness and fruit and not to cloying or overly effervescent.

Anyone tried the Barons Of Barossa Grand Master Shiraz 2018, or had their wine before?

how is the kilikanoon golden hillside shiraz? i just got an sms link to the 2018 at $14 a bottle and might be tempted... anyone tried it?

Hi all,

It seems todays Black Market Shiraz is the Mitolo Cantiniere. Gets good reviews as far as I can tell, does anyone have personal experience with this?

I have had success with wines around this price point and discount on VM before, particularly Conte Estate Over The Hill Shiraz and Glen Eldon Twisted Trunk, just seems there isnt as much in this range these days.

I really enjoy the Mitolo Cantiniere, and everyone I share with says the same. Personally, I preferred the 2016, but the `17 is almost as good.

I went this morning on my way home with my wife.
Nothing to get excited about.
We both tried a few wines and didn't buy anything
