Vinomofo Wine Deals

Have you had this before? Any good?
No. But I have had similar wines in the same range from d'Arenberg. At the RRP of $100+ they are a joke, but at $30 they are certainly better than the same range at the Dead Arm level.

No hesitation in buying, especially with the current AMEX offer to stack.

Well not setting my alarm, but I did just see this and couldn't resist:

Thanks enormously for this, Dr Ralph - likewise jumped on it (despite not having tried before). I was very impressed by The Blind Tiger, so am hoping that this is in the same league. My "dealer" has recently changed and I'm not getting the sort of info that you are privy to, so really appreciate this kind of "heads up".

Doc, prefer Amaranthine over The Dead Arm?

Thanks guys, thinking about the amaranthine, but also could do with some excellent chardonnay - any suggestions? I'm thinking of getting some 2023 flametree and Stella bella .... even though not discounted... through Dan's or similar.

Thanks folks for the code. Had a $25 credit plus the spend $299 get $70 Amex credit burning a hole in my pocket and had been waiting for a decent code to stack with free shipping to pull the trigger.

Ended up going with a dozen each of the Penna Lane Watervale Riesling and Sidewood Estate Shiraz. Both with decent review scores and will make for great table wines over the next couple of years at $11 a bottle average across the two.

Thanks Miso, missed the free shipping (didn't check forum updates before midnight ) but just applied the $25 code successfully for anyone else contemplating a purchase ;)

Re: the Mitolo GAM 2020, i note it's now sold out. I purchased a sixer maybe 6 months ago from the FO at about $25 a bottle. Great depth and drinking. Really well received with different groups i shared it with. Needs a decant being relatively new. I have 1 bottle left....if i'd noted the post last night i'd have picked up another 6.

Was it 2019 GAM? I purchased a 6 pack from a broker direct and I was quite pleased with it.
