Virgin Australia Business Class - Meals, Menus & Service

Sacre bleu!!

I do wonder how hard it would be to warm these up to make them nice and flakey again. I guess too much danger of them drying out.

The previous post with this had the pastry warmed up. I have found pastries warmed on aircraft to be squishy if not soggy, so I was OK with it being cold.

I found the warmed up pastry to be just right. An extra minute and it would have been extremely dry. I tend to do most of my travel with QF and these are the little details that seem to matter with VA service and catering

Today on my return leg VA834 SYD-MEL we were slightly delayed. Options were a salad or the green chicken curry which I had. Slightly spicy but pretty good overall. Superb service with constant refills

Nice.
Wouldn't want a bland curry, I think it requires just a little kick to be named a curry!

Brisbane to Melbourne breakfast flight.
Scrambled egg on toast was tasty, glad the breakfast didn’t come with cheese and biscuits.
The other option corn fritters was said to be good as well.

Flew a few other afternoon flights and said to the FAs tell the meal deciders to swap out the cheese and biscuits to biscuit and humus, just something different.
