Did anyone else do the "spend $100 at Myer and receive a $40 VA gift voucher through MyerOne"?

They said they would send the gift voucher within 30 days but I still haven't received anything. Pretty sure this was from July and the voucher was to expire by 30 September.

Should I contact MyerOne or Velocity?

Contact MyerOne ... it was their offer .... normally these vouchers are sent via email
