Click here for a list of current Virgin Australia discount codes:

A while back VA had a discount code that could be used for (almost) any domestic booking.

Are there any discount codes that work at the moment?

Thanks!

JMS38 still works for me (but the discount is not great it seems)
I used it today. Not sure of the discount bc my original booking bounced (cookies, cache), then I remembered the code and when I went through the booking again the prices had increased (failed booking said I was last fare at that price and then there were 'only 5 seats available' 😓

That's what a Business Flyer account is for, an ongoing discount for all Bus and Flex bookings and additional Velocity points and extras :)

MCU43 still gets the same parsimonious 3.5% discount as Business Flyer, at least on on biz bookings, for those unwilling or unable to deal with Virgin Business Flyer.

4% discount on Flex fares and a 6% discount on Business Class fares + additional velocity points. No blackout dates. Just to confirm :)
But yes, for those unable to use a Bus Flyer account, I guess it's better than nothing.

Wondering what happened to all the 10% off coupons this year, have they all dried up or is AFF just not showing them? Do we need to dig through the pages of RACV or wherever to get the code, like those Woolworths gift cards?

Virgin Business Flyer is an alternative, has some benefits but all the drawbacks of a shonky travel-agency booking, you're on your own if there's a problem. Especially evenings and weekends when the regular VA website and call centre won't talk to you because it's a Business-Flyer-booking and Business-Flyer won't talk to you because they're closed. The one time I really needed them, all that came out was a recorded message saying they're closed outside business hours (Eastern time).

And BTW the published 4% and 6% discounts do seem to be slightly overstated, I'm seeing 3.6% and 5.6% or so.

The AFL24 might have a 21-day rule in play or similar. Yes it is common for codes but it's not described in the T&Cs for this one.

I can't get it to work on several dates within the promo period, and less than three weeks away.

Yeah that’s a pretty good discount. I might make more of an effort to use my BF account. Thanks!
