I have a credit card with Virgin. I'm sure when I joined it came with a $125 a year voucher but I can't find anything on my online account relating to it.
Do I have to call for this? Or should It be on my account?

Also. My Hubby is considering getting the same card for himself, we family pool to me. I'm guessing the points that he earns would transfer to myself, but his voucher would not. So if we were to book a trip we would have to do two trips or use two transactions for the one trip so we could use two vouchers in two names.

Yes you have to phone or click on the link on the card home page, not your account page, to claim the voucher and they email it to you within a day or two of the phone call. If your hubbys card is an extra card linked to your account he will not get a second voucher but his points will all pool to your primary account. If he has his own seperate card/account then his points will transfer to his velocity account then onto yours if family pooling is activated. I've not tried to use two seperate vouchers on one booking so can't help you on that one sorry.

Fantastic thanks for the link. I just requested it.
As for the CC, Hubby will have his own, not linked to mine.

You can use the voucher for a booking under any name. No restrictions there that I've found. However from memory the bigger issue is you can't apply more than one voucher to a single booking. I'm happy to be corrected if this has changed, it's been a while since I booked with vouchers.
