Virgin Family Pooling issue - cancelled pooling for no reason

No reconnection successful.
I went online into my mum's VFF account, she does not fly a lot anymore, retired but prefers not to fly, but still does a lot of Coles shopping.
After I went into her account, and reset up the link for the pooling ops, which I did on Sat, on Sun, I got another email confirming that the linking in the pooling has been cancelled.
I am not going to waste my time trying to contact the VFF centre, if they want to, they can contact me.
When they get desperate.
Whether its a glitch or caused by someone doing something, it shouldn't have happened.
The stories we hare from other relating their experiences with QFF as if isn't bad enough, now this happens with VFF.
Never mind, I prefer to now pay for my VFF J seats, and am not chasing status anymore.
Bah Humbug!

VFF have stated they won't be contacting all persons affected by this pool cancel issue.
Imagine if Optus / Medibank were to contact every data comprised customer, oh yeah right!!

Something goes wrong with your account at any company, it's very much upto us as individuals to fix it, sucks, but that's life.

No need to chase status, airlines been handing them out, ha.

Well I had to reach out to Velocity a 3rd time to solve my missing sons SC's (and points), apparently I missed a call yesterday, hmm!

WP team told me yes the SC's will be reversed from my son. I thought was a little odd term to use, as reversed from where, anyway go with the flow as they say.

72 hours it would take to transfer, sorry reverse over to my acc, yet 7.2mins later I had the SC's n pts & can now gift my 1st WP membership.

Looks like auto transfer of VFF between families, is off.
As mentioned above, I didn't ask them to turn it off.
But points are sitting in my mum's VFF account, she does a lot of shopping for the family in Coles, so collects the most, but the points from Coles FB are sitting there, in her VFF account, and are not pooling to me.
So for the rest of you colleagues, better check and see that the points go to to the main flyer, other in 24 months, VFF will take back those points.
She does not fly anymore.
Am going into FB to put the points directly to me now.

I have had no problem in the last few weeks/months rather and each point has been pooled into my account without any delay. I will keep an eye just in case I miss any SCs as I have my review date around the corner.

Something just pinged in my train of thought, re the cause of this kerfuffle.
My contact for FB is a po box, and the parents and other FB members use a physical street address.
There is a slight possibility that this could have caused some mis match of data, in my case for FB & VFF.
Have changed my address to home address in FB now.
Thanks for the feedback Knagelli.
Have to go and transfer points from main collector's VFF account to mine.
Edit:
Went into my mum's VFF account, I had set it up, so I do remember the VFF # and password, and under family pooling of points and SC, it was blank.
The data I had entered had disappeared, wasn't there.
So had to re enter my data onto the VFF website again.

Anyone reading this:
A gripe, if I may, so to speak.
As we know, for some reason VFF had turned off/cancelled family transfer of VFF points and SC, for maybe a difference in address, I used a PO box and my mum uses the home address.
This was in my case, but others had other reasons, maybe, who knows except someone at VFF.
So, they stopped *auto* family transfer of VFF points and VFF SC, she (my mum) buys a lot of groceries from Coles, (6000 VFF points now stuck, more so 47 VFF stuck too, so sad). Those VFF SC could help me retain VFF PS and the 2 free lounge entries.
I turned back on the VFF website, of the "contributor" of VFF family transfer, but their system is not retroactive, so from the date of reset of info, going backwards, the points and SC will sit there till it expires, (if the family member does not fly (older/too old to fly or not interested), any points earnt in FB after you or I in this case had re entered info, the points do transfer across.
6000 VFF points and 47 SC stuck in her account, 500 points earnt after I entered info, was transferred on 06 Mar.
VFF has a lot to be desired.
Grr, not happy.

Yes, I know it can be transferred.
I mean auto transfer didnt do it retro.
Points were collected from FB, from when pooling was "stopped" till I notice, 6k and 47 VFF SC later.
I will go back and manual transfer, by the looks of it, this might at first go solve the problem.
VFF was very good family pooling wise, till that came up a few months back.
Grr.
Ok, will try the "contributors" log in of her VFF account.
Edit: ahh, I see, yes, ta Serfty.
Have to do it manually myself.
Ta again.
Edit:
Thanks Serfty, manual transfer worked.
Went into "contributing" family members account and transferred points across.
