Virgin lounge access

Hi,

i have just started a new job in the travel industry (cruise lines) and I will be travelling quite frequently now from adelaide to Perth, Sydney, Darwin.....anyway I'm a qantas club member but will now be flying virgin more, desperate to see what the virgin lounges are like.

anyway any virgin lounge members travelling out of adelaide at all on Monday 27th August around 7pm, that can access with them as a guest (sorry but $65 charge I think is just ridiculous lol) would be much appreciated . In return can add you to special friends and family cruise offers I get

Keep an eye on the VA thread.

ADL is a small enough terminal that you could even while away some time in the QF lounge, if you can get access there.

Hi jessicatam, yeah I have accessed the QF lounge couple times when flying VA but lately have been asking to see boarding pass when accessing lounge

You might find the ADL VA lounge smaller than the MEL or SYD ones - more chance of seeing an AFF member in those lounges using the thread Jessica mentioned above. I haven't been into the BNE lounge yet.


It seems pretty standard to see a BP and/or VFF card when entering the lounge.


Once you hit VA silver, you get 2 free entries into the lounge. Gold & Plat get automatic entry when flying VA throughout your year. If you don't have status & can't get guested, the other option is to fly business (lounge entry included).


Also, check the date you've mentioned - the 27th is Tuesday.

i have 95 SC with VA at moment, with couple return adl-Perth and adl-syd trips this month, shoud get silver in few months hopefully

BP = Boarding Pass.

The main reason I knew you'd put in the incorrect date is because I fly out of MEL for SYD on the 27th & I know I deliberately chose not to fly out on a Monday.
