This is the best i have found, I am yet to receive my bonus status credits.

• 20 - Offer commenced 14 October 2024. Up to 80,000 bonus Velocity Points and an additional 100 Status Credits offer is available to newly approved Virgin Australia Velocity High Flyer Card account holders who apply by 31 January 2025. 40,000 bonus Velocity Points will be awarded each month $3,500 or more is spent on eligible purchases for first 2 months from card approval (spend period). The first month begins on the date your account is approved. Please allow up to 1 week for your card to be mailed to you, leaving you about 3 weeks to meet the spend hurdle for the first month. The second month will commence one month from the date your account is approved. Purchases must be processed and charged to your account in the relevant month to count toward your monthly spend. An eligible purchase means any purchase excluding Cash Advances, Balance Transfers, Special Promotions, refunds and chargebacks, purchases of foreign currency and travellers cheques, transactions made in operating a business, and fees and charges such as interest and ATM charges. Please note that if you have a balance transfer, you will be charged interest on any spend you make. Credit Card application must be submitted through this page. Hi there... a promising update from my experience this arvo.

I spoke to Virgin Money who said I'd need to speak to Velocity about the bonus status credits as that is not something they can help with. When I spoke to Velocity, they were aware of my Virgin Money High Flyer card and could see I had met the minimum spend requirements for the sign up bonus and had received my 2 x 40K VFF. She quoted the terms were the sign up bonus of 100 SCs would be applied 30 days after meeting all spend requirements. Therefore she escalated my case for further investigation (as I'm over 30 days now).

She was quite careful about asking when I had applied for and when I had been approved for this credit card (mid Jan 25 for me). I'm pretty sure the promo ended in late Jan25. She was sometimes trying to sway me into asking about the 20% bonus SCs for flying with a flight bought with this CC... which I said I knew about the separate feature of the card.

The Velocity lady said I'll be informed in 1-2 weeks with an update on the missing 100 SCs.

(Virgin Money had a code for this particular CC promo: OWZARYC3 - but I didn't need to use it when I spoke to the lady at Velocity)

I too was under the impression that there would be 100 SC once spend criteria is met but have contacted Virgin and they have no record of this promotion.
