If indeed you were a Virgin Business Customer (whatever that is) an email advising that a voucher code has been credited to your Velocity account would have been the expected method.
Yes. But a scammer wouldn't. It's a way of getting the details.They would already have your account if they knew you were a member.
Despite some snide remarks here, I think it probably was a legitimate call.
I received this email on 2nd December, and was provided a $50 credit (which I've since used). I signed up to Business Flyer a while back (mostly just involved providing an ABN), but hadn't made any bookings using it.
