Anyone seen this: Virgin waives change fees till 31 January 2021 as per


Gives me extra confidence to book, wonder if it will apply to reward seats as well.
 
Extended to 30 June 2021 and now also applies to reward seats as well (I seem to recall this was not the case last year?):

I recently cancelled a reward flight. About 1 week for points and $$ to be refunded. I call that a prompt response - good work by VA2!
 
I will grudgingly not be charging VA2 fees for all of the flights they cancel at the last minute either ;)

I will have my work experience kids send out an EDM to them too ;)
