If it was that easy to press the "send bulk mail" button, (from a professional marketing experience I can say its not), you would have thought an update on the transition would have been easy??? Social engagement is a two way function, propaganda is one way.

Agree totally - if they can hit all VA/Velocity emails with an email pleading for a semi-credible internet survey - then perhaps they may have thought about communicating the problems and the timeframes for solving all their IT issues with Velocity/VA web site/Sabre issues?

I have raised all these issues with VA and Velocity and have got a semi-personal response from them both, I ended up posting these responses on this forum (so I guess by default that I am the official VA/Velocity company rep?) . Would it be too much to ask that when sending this -someone actually think:

"I know what - after answering 20/200/2000 or 200000 (?) of these individual emails about the same problems over and over again - how about we just communicate with all our potentially affected customers and admit that we may have a problem? Now if only we had a way to mass communicate with all/most of our customers?"
