Qantas App issues?

Is anyone having app issues. I am now showing as "someon else" with 607K ++ points and a fabulous amount of status credits. Whilst I would love the points, status and upcoming credits..... I am definetely not "that other person"

Same for me, but this time it's no error. After about 15 years as WP (all self-financed), COVID, cancer and a few other things have resulted in my dropping back to LTG. 😭

No great disaster, but I will miss being near the head of the queue for upgrades.
