Web site maintenance - Reward changes?

HH web site does go down fairly regularly on weekends, but here's a message currently appearing. Seems most of it is functional except reward redemptions. I wonder if there are changes in the air (hopefully if anything, not detrimental changes).

Website Maintenance Planned For This Weekend -
Parts of our system will be offline for planned maintenance between 12:00 AM CST and 4:00 AM CST Monday, January 12. During this time, HHonors members will be able to access account information, but unable to Redeem Rewards.

Is anyone having problems with the website or mobile App today? Both currently have no past or upcoming stays recorded in my file - I have a dozen or more upcoming reservations - in fact I just made two more for later this month. Worse still the website shows I currently have 0 points :shock:. Fortunately both show I am still Diamond and the mobile App (Android) still has my 300k points on file.

Same issues. Looking at the HH Twitter account many complaints for a solid few hours. Very frustrating.

Yes, showing zero points for me instead of the haul I was hoping to use soon. Scary-ish. :shock:

The HH site is driving me nuts since the reCaptcha thing started. On the main site an error keeping popping up when I hit the robot button and I'm only permitted one device when I stay in PNG so I've been using the laptop app which is so antiquated (if I can use that word in relation to apps)! Takes forever and often doesn't load at all (and it's nowhere near as nice or as functional as the mobile app).

Using the app on my iPhone and it all looks fine to me.
