"... we'll shortly announce a major investment to improve our Frequent Flyer program"

i had this niggling fear that the changes would include a move away from SC toward a spend based program. This mornings releases would imply otherwise which is a bit of a relief.
Which releases were those?

The new dashboards for status, PCP, etc.
Oh, ok... but those aren't the actual changes we've been waiting on... just a quick visual update to the webpage. We're still waiting on the real announcement, but the biggest part may well have been revealed in the form of the addition of 'Classic+ Rewards'

The confusion came because you posted the new dashboard in this thread. The new dashboard has been out for some time, and unrelated to these announcements.

It all seems a bit curious. I'm currently WP until 30 June, when I'll drop down to LTG. When I went to Gold about 10+ years ago, there was three months of QC subs that I didn't receive a refund for (I asked).

The LTG has disappeared, and it only shows me with a Qantas Club membership that expires on 31 July 2025. My PCP expires 30 June 2024. I'll see what it looks like after June 30.

I've just requaled for Plat, also LT Gold. Mine says 'Platinum, Lifetime QP' I wonder if this is the beginning of an enhancement to Lifetime Gold? Like they enhanced Lifetime Platinum (as drron can attest).

Ditto (plus PC, GT and QBR). The LT WP counter is still there when you click through but I can’t see LTG - don’t recall if it was there before BUT the virtual QFF card in the app still clearly shows LTG for me.

Looking at the app, it shows everything as it should be - which is a comfort at least.

Maybe the new CIO can put it on his list of things to do.
and fix the “Membership year” filter on points activity. My member yearsstarts 01 Aug but that filter shows activity from 12 July onwards….has been that way for a couple of years now..

New dashboard is genuinely an upgrade. No more having to remember which panel to click on to see how many more points to PC/PC+. There's a very simple explanation for the LTG visual in that it likely includes the same database flag as LTQP (but perhaps they missed the logic which says don't call it LTQP if the account also has the other LTG features as well).

Maintenance on the QF website (impacting QFF info and functionality) from 10pm AEDT tonight for a couple of hours. Website also getting ready for the changes?

If so, batten down the hatches. It could get rough. Suggest screenshotting all info.

I'm another one with no LTG but LTQC showing. LTG also missing from the app....Hope they fix that soon...
