Has anyone from NSW had their form processed? I sent mine back on 15/7, they received it on 17/7, and there are no bites on my card.

A NSW green crayon chap on Insta received everything he ordered (5 cases). His letter arrived back at Wendouree on Monday the 15th (same day mine did). From memory I think he sent his first letter in perhaps 2021 or therabouts. I am green crayon from 2020 and in Tassie, but nothing charged to my card yet.

The chap I referred to had a credit card issue. He said Lita called him to confirm the details. During the conversation she said that he was getting his full allocation as reward for getting his letter back early - Who knows how the logic works then if mine was also received on the same day!!

NSW here - My order form reached Wendouree on the 18th of July - everything ordered to the max except for Muscat.
The only hefty hit that I noticed on my CC are from SWMBO doing jewellery shopping.

This clearly favours local SA people who get their letters early. My letter only arrived on 15 July so you are kind of at the mercy of Aus Post as to when you can get the order form back.

NSW here - My order form reached Wendouree on the 18th of July - everything ordered to the max except for Muscat.
The only hefty hit that I noticed on my CC are from SWMBO doing jewellery shopping.

My Fathers order, SA Red crayon sent back, arrived 18th. Mine had arrived after I called and said yes it’s here.. Mine WA Green 17th July. Nothing hit for either.

Just spoke to Lita, was overseas when letter arrived on 9th, got family to send it off and they received on 22nd. Green crayon and SA. Said shouldn't be too long before processed. Ordered 4 shiraz, 4 cab sav, 4 shiraz mataro. See what comes of it. 6th year and only 2nd year of getting order form.

What’s wrong with that? I wouldn’t normally as I would send via registered post and tracking but I didn’t send it this time

Having a trillion people ring you up and confirm receipt of a letter kind of defeats the purpose of having a mail order system really.

They bring this issue on themselves by using such an opaque and antiquated ordering system.

Agree, the ordering system is a meme but it's actually quite an effective marketing strategy. Could be worse though, they could instead escalate their pricing to address demand & thumb their noses at long standing customers.

Form also says allow a few months for processing. Just be patient, billing happens all through August in my experience.

Yep, I tend to reply with my order and completely forget about it and am either reminded when I receive wine randomly in the mail or the next years order form lol.
