Yes - they are seperate cards and can be cancelled individually. This has worked for me.

The current offer is 100,000 velocity points only in the bundle, no SCs available.

Damn I missed the boat! Quite the reduction in velocity benefits since I already have lounge access and complimentary economy X anyway
