If I have held a personal (not business) version of this card recently, does that exclude me from being eligible for the bonus points on this one?

No exclusion, Westpac Business and personal are completely separate.
This one credits to Qantas Business Rewards, the personal credits to QFF.

With this much of a bonus it’s enough to transfer straight from your QBR to QFF though right?

Can anyone confirm if you can link this cards points earn to go direct to your personal QFF account, rather than going to your QBR account?

I got my first statement and it said my QFF was not linked and to call them. Called the number and got bounced around. First person I spoke with said it can only go to QBR account. Then the next person from the Business cards team told me it can go to either QBR or personal QFF account. I opted for the latter (so it will count towards points club plus) but I doubt that information was accurate? Anyone have any experience with this card and getting the points paid direct to your personal QFF account instead of QBR?

This is for QBR. Any exceptions would be an outlier, ie the earlier posts in the thread.
Was there any activity on your QBR account when logged in?

No activity on QBR. The first statement said my FF was not linked and to call them. Got told two different things by different departments.

Seriously Westpac's phone support is pretty shocking.

That's terrible.
I also just realised that QBR transfers are not eligible for PC :(

Reading all the old posts in this thread it seems maybe it can be linked to a personal FF account. I will ring again and see what a third person says.

Clearly something has changed with their system.
Made the required spend in the first statement, no points (to either QBR and QFF).
Called to enquire and the phone agent said no points were credited because they didn't have my QFF number on the system.
He could see that I had over 120k points ready to be transferred at the next cycle.
Apparently if you are a sole trader ABN, it goes to your personal account.
I overlooked this and didn't realise this was on the first statement:

Second statement, all the bonus and regular spend points have been credited to my QFF account.
This is what it says on the second statement:

Of note, the points do count towards points club :D
Be careful for those who have recently joined, because a maximum of 125k points per transaction count towards PC/PCP.
