Clearly something has changed with their system.
Made the required spend in the first statement, no points (to either QBR and QFF).
Called to enquire and the phone agent said no points were credited because they didn't have my QFF number on the system.
He could see that I had over 120k points ready to be transferred at the next cycle.
Apparently if you are a sole trader ABN, it goes to your personal account.
I overlooked this and didn't realise this was on the first statement:
Second statement, all the bonus and regular spend points have been credited to my QFF account.
This is what it says on the second statement:
Of note, the points do count towards points club
Be careful for those who have recently joined, because a maximum of 125k points per transaction count towards PC/PCP.
