Westpac Extras "cashback"

Mmmm. Purchased a $106.95 BWS CARD with Westpac card. Reward points. Then purchased a etpos gift card in Wow and got the jbhifi $10 gift voucher.
Hoping to get $10 cashback from Westpac to cover gift card fees.....

I got an offer of $10 cashback if spent $60 at BWS and I did so just over a week ago. It was supposed to be in account in 7 days but nothing yet. I asked them about it but didn't get a helpful response. How long does the credit actually take to go back into the account?
I rang them about it today and was told that the merchants name was coming up as Woolworths on the account so that's why the points had not been credited. I was advised to shop in future in BWS stores not adjacent to the supermarket! I ended up speaking to a supervisor who said she would check into it and later phoned back to say mine was not a participating store. Something to watch for!
Right I shipped in a store I confirmed was on the list and right next door to the supermarket..... Still not got cash back...... Rang Westpac got the work experience kid who had to ask senior to send email to marketing department as he can't see why not credited.

I rang the number on the back of my credit card and they put me through to an area specifically dedicated to Extra rewards
If you've got time to waste complain to the ACCC,
9 phone calls still not received cash back from BWS..... Offered and took 5000 points while waiting for BWS to confirm purchase even though on credit card statement??????
6 days still not received $5 cashback on CALTEX offer.
Received interest debit that was told would not receive from a previous late payment..... Has been reversed!

So called after 7 days of Caltex as still not in account....now on hold while they internally try and work out why the 16th May BWS offer also not credited?????
Edit: 10minute hold and money going into account today.....as interest repaid????
Also a quip about going to the a qualifying service station which responded "I checked was on the list!"
