I should change that to " is anyone still having problems with last months points " I was first told to wait until statement due date 17th , next call I was told that it all should be sorted out once the next statement issues 4th dec. if not I could lodge a complaint for missing points.

Today the first screener tells me that there are big problems with krisflyer points and it will soon be rectified, waited for me to say okay and hang up, when i didn't she put me through to an expert and I was told there is a problem and it will be fixed in the next 10 days. Quite frustrating.

Just imagine the people at Westpac: "oops - we forgot to brief IT that the triple Amex points promo finishes on 31 Oct 09. OMG, how do we calculate those statements that don't fall on 31 Oct, omg, we forgot to code for the points change, omg, omg, was that the same marketing guy that started the WPAc/KF card that moved to Velocity and sent all those emails...omg, where will they strike next.

Statement date 4th, no points transfer as of this morning. Rang for the 3rd time, and was told there were problems and this time I was assured that they would be processed in the next 10 days.

Anyone had luck with oct/nov points ?

I got my points on the 20th as expected.

Hi savydog,
Sorry to hear.
Did get my miles always on time.
Received yesterday my statement and had points in KF account today!!
No complaints here.
Also the customer service is excellent. Was not about delayed miles transfer but always extremely courteous.;)

Thanks for that I suspected this sort of delay was an isolated case. I will wait now for my next statement and see if it is all rectified. I used every trick I learned here to maximise my spend in October including 6 monthly council rates and a tax bill.

Also while I have been waiting I tapped out a spreadsheet to keep an eye on what my points should be, another good idea from you guys. Of course murphy's law dictates that the month with the most points to gain would be the one that has a problem :)

Mine still haven't credited... As I posted a week or two back I rang them, and they said to wait.

I think it is time to phone again, and I will as soon as I get 5 mins spare. Stay tuned for the response

Has anyone else in our situation had their points credited yet?

Well I really am confused now.

November KF points have posted to my KF account sometime this morning.

Anyway, in summary, points went trough to schedule.

Well the points for the current month ( to 2nd Dec) went through to KrisFlyer okay, unfortunately the previous months points are no where to be seen. Latest phone call - yes you did earn those points - it says we have already sent them to your KrisFlyer account - matter now sent to the " department who release " the points for further investigation.

Singapore airlines say they have not received the points from Westpac. Around in circles we go.

My first post here but love the forum for useful info. Having the same problem with Oct posting of points to Krisflyer. Wrote to westpac a month ago and got a response about business transactions are excluded. The statement however says the points went to Krisflyer. Have written again and still awaiting reply. (Nov points have posted Dec 2)

Welcome to AFF oobi doobi:!:

On the missing points again..

Like I posted earlier there is no entry in the accruals for the Nov 4th points. ie no record of transfer.

But my November balance did increase by the amount it should have (or at least thereabouts).

Did no one elses total change?

I didn't have any issues with my points postings in November.

How do they know the transactions were business related?

All missing points from November were credited to my account when I checked after lunch today. Good luck to those still waiting.

Its a tricky situation, I didn't want to keep complaining and then have someone looking at each individual charge for possible business expenses. Is it possible to have a $3500 personal electricity account ;)

Just checked my krisflyer acc. All Oct points posted today. Appears the business question was forgotten. A great relief as it was a big month.Still no reply from westpac!

I had the same issue for the end of October points. My bill was issued on 4 November, but the points for this bill did not post until 7 December.

As I wrote earlier in this thread, I rang the call centre twice some weeks ago, and was instructed to wait. The timeline for my points posting is below.

4 November - Bill cycle, NOTHING in KF account.
4 December - Bill cycle, points posted straight away.
7 December - Missing points from 4 November appeared in my KF account (the exact number indicated on the statment).

Hopefully yours will have posted now?

I did just get a call from Westpac regarding the investigation, to let me know that the points had now gone through. Even though I knew this from checking online, it was nice to hear as they had told me the department involved would call me with the outcome.
