Best - Sydney QF431 last Saturday :)
Worst - Pretty much every other boarding experience in the last year. :(

All good this year except for 1, and it wasn't that bad, but I still got a voucher for it..

*Im way to old to know what a fanboi is but I am determined to fly on the same flight as nlagalle so that he gets "my experience" :p

Tony I'm determined to never step on the same DOM flight as you, lest you jinx my experience!

Does this really need a new thread.
When the 50 WP/SGs leave the lounge after the 2nd boarding call, PB doesn't matter much, everyone else is already on the jetbridge.
Now a Priority Jetbridge...

Best Virgin Australia at ADL.
Worst Qantas at ADL.

Mildura. What priority boarding?! and 80 people trying to squeeze through the barrier at the same time.

And what if you have never attempted priority boarding?

If you are talking about dom flights, SG don't get PB.

For me, the worst have been two QF93 flights this year - there is a free for all security passport inspection before going down the escalators, then the PB signs and lanes are there. What a joke. You'd think MEL would be able to sort this out.
I don't think it's because of the A380 because I've been on QF9 this year from a different gate (no escalators) and the PB lanes worked without any problem.

In my experience, regardless of when i leave the lounge(first boarding call, second, last, etc) by the time i get to the gate, there's a massive queue to get to the scanners before getting to the jetbridge. If priority boarding worked as it should and I get onto the jetbridge before rest of the queue then I'm happy enough. Yes, I'm still in a queue on the jetbridge but I'm still a lot further ahead of the line than I would have been if i had to join the big line waiting to get to the scanners

Best:

Sitting at dinner the night before with nlagalle telling him I wouldn't request an ODUG as I always got OPUP at DRW - then the look on his face the following morning when I was handed a BP which was an OPUP :D We walked to the front of the line!

Worst:

None - QF is brilliant and fantastic except for flights that Tony Hancock is on - and I'm never on those flights!

Six domestic QF flights  between Saturday morning and Monday afternoon....surely I can drag one of you down with me!!!!!!!!!

A new PB thread... It must be a slow news day ;)

Best - QF860 in SYD last Sunday. A very long dividing tape and a gate agent checking BP _before_ pax entered the queue.
Worst - The rest.

Never Tony! I will actively avoid you.. and not because i don't wish to speak to you, just that i don't want you to spoil my PB experiences! maybe i should fly Virgin with you one day and see what happens!

*On the basis that by 10:00 PM I cannot be held responsible for my actions...having said that I should have at least posted this in the playground.:p
