What can I do with my Rewards points if I don't fly with QF or VA?

I guess I will use the cba diamond Amex for non petrol and supermarket spend although not a huge difference to play edge in earning sq miles via VA

Agree on your calculations with the 2 CBA:1 VFF ratio. The rewards booklet I found showed 2.5 CBA: 1 VFF (as well as the same QF ratio).
Not sure if this is an error or the shape of things to come

This is the booklet that had the 2.5:1 VA ratio. Spotted now that it is still a 2:1 ratio for Diamond
