Its been mentioned previously but those annoying followup emails for something ordered online or a restaurant in which you had a meal.
ā€˜Thanks for buying from usā€™ā€¦ please write a review.. a week later ā€˜gentle reminder to write your reviewā€™ā€¦ a week later again šŸ˜”šŸ˜”ā€™your review ā€” where is it?ā€™

Even if you unsub from restaurant booking engines you eventually use them for another restaurant and it starts again.

When I unsub I give the reason as ā€˜being stalked for reviews- go away!ā€™

Unfortunately their vehicle is positioned in a way that makes that impossible, I can't get the stakes under the car (and wouldnt want to be liable for damage).
Maybe a polite note in the letterbox or attached to their windscreen advising of a request not to park on your verge in future, and also advising of your intent to rope off the area in the hope of regenerating the lawn damaged by their vehicle once they have kindly moved it. Also you could cheerfully advise that at this stage in the interests of being neighbourly you will not be contacting the council to report their misdemeanour šŸ˜

So get one of Denaliā€™s movement activated sprinklers. You have to water the lawn as it is dying. Bound to at least make them think.
Why bother with movement activated - just put the sprinkler on so that they have to get wet to get into the car. Bonus points if you can arrange it to so that when they open the door, the sprinkler actually sends water into the car.

Oh thatā€™s evil. But I love it! šŸ¤£
I'd be inclined to start sprinkler an hour or so before you know the owner is likely to use the car. They either have to run the gauntlet or come to ask if you will turn off the sprinkler. If they do neither and turn off themselves of axe the hose then I'd call the council ranger when they next park on the council verge.
Actually, do nothing so as not to alert your displeasure. Call council and get it fined. Plead ignorance, telling them a friend copped a warning only last week. I dislike entitled Tesla drivers.

Honestly don't think this will achieve the desired result.
why the heck would they park there up the gutter ridge. Good luck. If you know their routine id get the sprinkler active.

Our neighbour uses granite rocks to stop idiots cutting across his two front lawns.

Now plant another tree 4-5m away from this one.

BCC bans the planting of trees and the use of any ā€œhardā€ landscaping materials by residents. Only the council can plant or prune trees. No rocks, gravel, bricks, blocks etc permitted. They have a list of recommended shrubs and ground covers if you donā€™t want to mow grass.
