What cheeses me off

I do have a booking so i tried it. But then it insisted I login as well and it just took me to my booking and there no mention of how to purchase wifi access.

So I went to the ET Starlink article on wi fi and it says 'The Oneworld member aims to have a dozen 777s kitted out by the end of this year, and its entire 777 fleet upgraded within 12 months; Qatar’s Airbus A350 fleet will follow, with work starting in mid-2025.' Im flying in May on A350 and A380, so i guess thats why, for me at least.
I'm flying on Monday so will be able to tell you then how I go

.... and what's the need to go to an endodontist? Years ago my old dentist attended the root canal himself!
Do dentists and associated guys look after each other?
My dentist did the crown but I needed an endodontist as one in England had incompletely filled my root canal so needed to attack via the gum. If @prozac is seeing the same one I did, he can watch Mr Bean on an overhead screen while he works

A decent dentist should be able to do a root themselves. Referrals generally only needed for things like surgical implants to replace a lost tooth.

Root canal comes under major dental on health insurance so different limit to general dental, from memory my insurance covered about 80% of the cost for the one and only root canal I've had.
Dentist referred MrsTMA to specialist Endodontics clinic.

Do you have qualifications in dentistry now?

Unfortunately I have had a few root canals done, all were at my local dentist.

Now I have broken/cracked one of my rear bottom molars, I had a root canal done on it many years ago followed by a crown, cracked right through the crown and down.
Dentist has suggested going to an Endo to have the rest of it removed. Dare say that won't be cheap... As I have no pain, because the nerve is gone/dead, do I really need to have the rest removed?

When I was referred to an endodontist a few years ago, I asked the same question. Apparently, as we age, the tooth canal gets too narrow for regular dentists' equipment and special equipment is needed, at great expense.

I guess you need to see if the is enough sound (uncracked tooth) that can be used to mount a crown on. That is my hope

How is it fair to the accomodation provider? You changed your mind and the business incurred a cost in the original booking process levied by the card processor that isn’t refunded because a service has been provided (the processing of the payment).

I can’t think of a processor that refunds these fees, Amex was first with this policy but now all cards and others such as PayPal/Block inc etc dont
So don't advertise free cancellation. It's clearly deceptive.

Oh and without reading every single line of fine print please tell me where on making the booking on Accor website that they will add a credit card surcharge to the prepayment that is not refundable?

Oh and tell me how I can make payment upfront for a flexible booking to avoid credit card surcharge?

I've had quite a few purchases that have been refunded in the past few years and everyone has refunded credit card surcharge. Amex, ANZ, 28 Degrees etc. If they don't initially I dispute and they refund.

This one took me by surprise and it took a long time to find out they actually did not refund a credit card surcharge. Accor took almost 12 months of back and forth and in the end they gave up and referred me to the hotel. It took almost 3 months to get back the Accor points that I used as part payment they kept when refunding a flexible booking.

I'll try to avoid Accor except for Ibis in Sydney as it's convenient for 1-2 night stays and no credit card surcharge when booking flexible stays. In fact payment is at hotel.

And another WCMO - forgot to check the pockets of my black trousers that I just washed - SIGH - little white flecks of tissue everywhere
Don't you just hate it when that happens.
Back some years ago I was working on the construction of mine in WA, and we all lived on site as it was in the middle of nowhere. In each of the blocks of 4 dongas, there were shared toilet, shower and laundry facilities. If someone had annoyed you, or for any other silly reason (there wasn't a lot to do), when they were doing their laundry you'd toss in a ball of scrunched up toilet paper into the machine - you can imagine the result. It was known as "being lamington-ed"
