Is there a way to send a txt with phone number hidden but the recipient can know who it's from?

If you have a normal mobile and send a text, regardless of if you have hidden number or not, your number will appear with the text.

Some businesses have more sophisticated facilities to replace the number with generic wording.

I dropped an earring on the floor in my Airbnb and just spent several minutes writing a note to say if you found it to please email me. And then translated it into Italian.

Packed up ready to go and I thought I’ll just have one more look and swept the floor and I found it. Attached is a photo of the floor so you can understand it’s not easy to find anything.

This is actually a record for me because I’ve been away nearly 3 weeks and normally I lose something before I even get to the first destination

Ha! Mrs FB lost an earing this evening too. Fortunately the floor was much simpler and was later duly located.

@VPS Did you find it by getting down so that your eye was at floor level looking ACROSS the flooring. I find that works for me almost every time.

Mmm nope. Knee replacement recently means kneeling even on soft surfaces is tough. I just got a broom and swept the floor which of course I had done before without any luck

If I did that would find it extremely difficult and painful to get up.
