Have just logged in to cancel our current family pool and then re-pool to another member.

Time: AEST 1515hrs on 27/8/19.

After cancelling pool, pop up tells me any points earned from 1201am 28/8 will fall to <cancelling member> account and not <previously receiving> account.

When activating pool to new recipient, it then tells me any points and SCs earned from 1201am tomorrow will transfer out.

I can confirm that reply #2 is definitely correct. I looked at my the RAR flights I took earlier this year, and the activity date is definitely in the local departure timezone.

You do need to be careful with family pooling because those changes only take effect from midnight after you submit them, and appear to be in AEST. It looks to me like you'd need to make family pooling changes 2 days prior to any flight departing RAR. (I didn't have a problem in any case as I stayed in Rarotonga for a few days, so changed my family pool the day I arrived.)

If I'm not mistaken, family pooling works off activity date, not transaction date.
