What did someone do in the lounge that would make you not want to be on the same plane or near them on the plane?

A woman with her shoes off and one leg tucked under her bum was casually playing with her toes and then using the same fingers to pick at food and nuts in front of her. So disgusting!!

Did they make you eat the food and nuts, or just themselves...?
Personally, I don't choose to eat my toe jam. But no problem if others want to do so...
