What do WP do with credit card free lounge passes

I've used my allowance to bring people in on a few internationals, but flying out of Sydney most times you rarely even encounter people since we have the direct lounge entrance. I don't think Virgin have the lounge capacity to cope if we could shift passes off to other people, it feels like they're at breaking point already in domestic lounges.
