What frequent flyers really want?

What elite benefits do frequent flyers REALLY want?

Free first class tickets, in unlimited number, on demand, for all flights.
I thought you'd be asking for a private first cabin, and for your favourite Qantas ex-CEO to drive you to the airport in a pedal powered tuktuk.

Should have added another option to the poll: increased weight limits on bags or waived fees.

Booked again a trip and typically my checked bag comes to 28-30 kg. With QF being the MSC it's never been an issue because they happily take bags up to 32 kg each. But now I'm constrained by 23 kg limit per bag but as an FF will get an extra bag (i.e. 2 * 23 kg instead of 1 * 23 kg). But because I lug everything around by myself, I'd rather have a single checked bag + one carry on. There's no way I'll split my checked baggage into two because it'll be impossible to handle them in public transport, etc, without being a nuisance to others.

So, I'd love to have an increased weight limit (1 * 32 kg would be enough) or overweight fees waived as an FF.

I wish the industry would do away with the piece concept.

Give me a total allowance, and keep the 32kg max per piece, but if I want to bring 6 x 10kg bags or 2 x 30kg bags, does it really make a difference?

I think it does to the number of baggage handlers you need to employ and air craft turnaround times
