On the face of it, this is a terrible partnership. A low end credit card company in partnership with a high end retailer. I can't imagine the well heeled residents of the up market suburbs across Australia happily pulling out a Latitude Branded Card in full sight at the register at David Jones.So DJ is going to partner with Latitude for the store-branded credit cards...lol, no wonder it has gone downhill, and with this kind of partnership it will only go downhill further!

David Jones will be appointing a new financial services card partner, and in the coming months you’ll receive an update with further information giving you time to consider your options.
Until such time you can continue to use your David Jones American Express Card to access all of the benefits and premium services you receive today.
Furthermore, all American Express Cards will continue to be warmly accepted at David Jones stores and online.

It’s been Brilliant over the years, especially when purchased during sale times.
And free gift wrapping!That and the free delivery on any amount, even if the bulk of the purchase is paid with gift cards.
But I've noticed an increasing number of items where they don't gift wrap and most are the drop ship ones.And free gift wrapping!

I am working out the best AMEX card to churn to as I would not touch Latitude with a 1000ft barge pole.
