Well, to give one example ... my better-half is often booked on seats “up the back of the bus”, and she finds the food they serve doesn’t play well with her innards. She’d therefore rather arrive at the airport within the recommended time before departure (which when you’ve got F check-in and priority through security is really too early) and get something reasonable to eat before getting onboard.Lounges are useful when they are a necessity, but why anyone goes out of their way to spend time in them my mind boggles at. Life is too short, and probably shortened further by the time spent in them.
For me it’s a massive novelty getting into an F lounge, I’ve been in two and would definitely enjoy (enjoying is important!) myself during a visit to the F lounges I’ve heard of that have good nummies - eg. I’ve heard CX does good dumpling & good noodle ...
