Not me, but close relative just pre 9/11 (Ansett collapse) he had:

QFF 1.6million
AN 0.8million
UA 1.1million

Note all from flying, none from credit cards (there was another 600,000 in Amex points).

:shock::shock::shock:

In my case I was fortunate to redeem 500,000 points from Ansett two weeks before they collapsed on SQ who then honored the redemption even though flights were not till the Xmas afterwards.

In March 2001 I used 200K Ansett points for a return F class award flight SYD-SFO-SEA, and was still in the US when they went under, however, United who code shared the flight with Ansett flew me back in F as I had already booked etc. Only problem was I was due to fly back on 9/11, so with everything shut down for several days I had an extra week in Washington State. I only lost 4K Ansett points. (Sorry to go off the topic here)

April last year I had 310,000 Qantas miles;

I burnt 305,000 so I was back to 5,000 points as of Oct 08, I am back to 61,000 but I earn and burn fairly quickly.

never set foot on a singapore plane for the kf ones, just paid for a wedding on an amex :p

im planning on starting to burn them soon, its not a lot compared to others but i havent been playing the points game long

Currently on about 800,000 QF FF points, and close to 400,000 Sky Team points. Not sure what I have on Star 200,000 maybe... About 98% earned from actual flying.

That is a lot of BIS points. Very impressive Ewok.

Got up to 330,000 and took off to LHR return J class in September. Then burnt the rest on internal flights around Europe and Spain on BA and IB.

Came back with about 5K points- and back up to 100K already- already thinking of my next holiday in May. Hopefully have enough for 2 x J class. :mrgreen:

In September i was up at just over 600K redeemed 144K for 4 X J to Auckland one way, I guess need to wait again for 2 RTW J. Maybe another year.

The most I have ever had is 423,000 with QF,my GF had 1.9 million with BA but has told me about her ex boss who at one stage had over 4 million BA executive miles.
