What is wrong with QANTAS Website??

Have done so - when I linked PNR for simongr and mrssimongr for trip to BNE.

EF is showing F9 A9 and seat map has only 2/3 seats allocated in F (Yes I know seat map is no indicator of availability) so I am hopeful of an upgrade - but I will keep checking. I know I am SG and its relatively late to be requesting the UG but I am always hopeful. This is the only flight in the trip that I can even try for an UG using points!

Seems to be down again for me:

Sorry

The site is experiencing difficulties at present. We apologise for the delay and will endeavour to restore operations as soon as possible. Please try again in a short while. In the meantime you can contact us on 131313 within Australia or your nearest Qantas office for all other enquiries.

Thank you for your patience.

Thanks :)

Brilliant that the flight booking page is down - that wont impact business at all

can still search for Award flights....that'll help business as well...couldn't sell flights but booked redemptions.

and the (outsourced?) IT dept is still meeting target as 99% of webpages are available just that pesty Bookings page is down.

Initially just the merest smidgen...

However - if you are going to book a flight on the QF website and find it is down - in all likelihood you will jump online again later and book it then. Kind of smart of QF to schedule maintenance during the day so they don't have to pay overtime and at the same time don't impact business ;)
