Hopefully working better then when I tried it pre-COVID. Ordered before entering the lounge, waited, waited, waited … When I enquired of the barista as to when I might receive my order he smiled and replied “Oh, we’re too busy to check the app”
Where was this? I never had an issue pre-ordering at MEL or BNE J lounges pre-COVID.
