What's a 'Qualifying Rate'

Hi All,

I've trawled through the T&Cs on the website but couldn't find an appropriate answer so hoping some regulars may be able to quickly answer this;

If booking directly through the PC website, what are the qualifying rate(s) to earn PC points during a stay? Is it just the 'Best Flexible Rate' or are others such as the 'Advance Purchase' or 'Special Packages' also eligible to earn?

Any rate that is booked through the site essentially, excluding friends and family, rewards nights and entertainment book rates.
