Is Australia ATC falling behind the 8 Ball with their ability? One wouldn't think there would be masses of AC travelling over the NT at any one time to screw up like this suggests...

Looks like we've got another month to go before it's released...
It's certainly a worrying trend, but as has been mentioned on other threads, like most things to do with A/C, there are many layers of protection against something as bad as a mid air collision. AFAIK ATC is one of the first lines of defense against mid air's not the last.
