What's your 2013 New Years travel resolution?

Well in 2012 I managed to visit all the continents I had missed previously including sleeping on Antarctica.

My 2013 travel goal is to collect enough points to book my first ever, and probably only, first class international flight. Preferably on a FASA to help me longer goal of Lifetime SG.

have set myself a few
1. Getting married. In June over in Koh Samui
2. Get to WP for the first time.(status runs needed and fingers crossed a DSC to make it even easier)
3. Travel to more Australian areas to get more landscape photos.

Congratulations on the wedding.

  1. Travel outside of QLD (year-end)
  2. Complete the QFLink route network for QLD (3 stops to go)
  3. Retain WP solely in QLD

WP based on travelling in one state is very impressive. The QFLink staff must know your name by now :)

Marry for money and travel up the pointy of the plane.....a lot! (not that I'm shallow or vacuous)

I achieved WP this year flying only in QLD. Once at BNE security one of the staff told me how nice it was to see me again.

This year I will:
  1. Fly in the point end long haul for the first time (trip to SIN booked for October)
  2. JASA for the first time (see above)
  3. Try the QF First Lounge (also see above)
  4. Travel light (am going backpackish for 3 weeks ex SIN then flying home J)
  5. Get back to Melbourne (from Brisbane) at least 4 times, 1st trip booked
  6. Retain WP, hopefully with the help of a DSC offer as I don't think I will be doing as much flying around QLD as I did last year

If you specified that your wealthy new spouse had to be good looking............well that would be shallow and vacuous!

1) Travel to Greece with my father in September/October
2) Travel more often
3) Reach my goal of 1,000,000 QFF points balance
4) Impove OTP to somewhere near published figures from airlines (not likely to happen but one can only hope)
5) Fly another LCC (have already flown Air Asia twice this year)

Whilst it was already planned, going to Tassie for most of February. Will be happy to contribute by spending in areas who suffer following natural disasters, especially if they are Australians.

They certainly need it.On the East coast of tassie occupancy is at 30% when normally close to 100% at this time of year.

I know this is OT will make it brief, I hope even though we take all the steps we can to maximise how we travel, we also consider if where we go, it enhances others lives, why not. And if it has not already been said, happy new year and enjoy 2013 wherever you are.:)

To retain QF WP status, so that I can have many more visits to SYD First Lounge. First visit two weeks ago.

Should be able to make it - trip to LOTFAP planned with a few KUPPS.
