I should have at least 2 VA domestic lounge guest passes through my Velocity Amex. Possibly more from previous years if they don't expire.
I've never had to use them before (VA gold and I rarely travel with anyone), but I've got a work trip coming up where there will be a few of us on similar flights. Some of us have status, some of us don't, so we're trying to figure out whether we can fit everyone into the lounge.
I've just looked in both my Velocity and Amex online accounts and I can't see any mention of how to actually use these passes, or even confirmation that they exist. I'm almost certainly just missing something obvious, but I've been looking for half an hour with no luck and am now giving up. What am I missing?!
