When flying International?

I've always kept it in my jeans pocket but since I recently had my first taste of Int J (with said pyjamas), it never occurred to me to bring my own when I fly Y ... until now. Since the PJ pants don't have pockets and there was a small side alcove for my belongings, I put it (with my phone and wallet) there.

I'm thinking of my few int flights this year (in Y) and probably wouldn't want to leave it in the seat back in front of me (well there won't be one as I've selected 80A/K and 71D on the A380) and am not so keen on putting such an important document in the overhead locker.

I used to wear a travel pouch around my waist under my shirt but it got a bit annoying, so besides that - where do you put your passport when flying?

Tends to get dumped in the side pockets sort of things/little draws - flying J int'l. Alternatively it is i my carryon in a travel wallet.

I use a travel wallet that QFF gave me when I reach OG last century.

Having experienced 80A/K (and exit row seats) many times, during the flight I keep a small "day pack" between/under my legs - into which goes my travel wallet, snack on Q bags, reading material, headphones, water bottle and other paraphernalia I may need during the flight. This must be stowed up top for takeoff and landing .

Travel document wallet (Ethiad branded) which contains passport, spare aussie immi cards and express passes and all of my airline and hotel loyalty cards and my APEC card.
Sits in side pocket of my carryon tri-fold garment bag and generally stays overhead.

In one of the little utility trays in the seat, ideally right next to the in-suite minibar for easy access. :)

Either in the inside pocket of my suit jacket (to be hung up by the FA) or the outside pocket of my briefcase. It's usual home is the inside pocket of my briefcase.

The little side containers in J, otherwise my top pocket.

I'm perfectly happy with things in my carryon as long as the carryon is in the locker above me or in front of me so I can keep an eye on it during the flight

Got to love the EY Document Wallet, beautiful leather, very classy.

I have a travel wallet that AA was handing out in their lounges a few years ago - nothing fancy, but it keeps passport, boarding cards, shiny airline cards and immi docs all neatly organised. I usually pop it in the seat pocket so I can keep my eye on it..

I keep mine in the internal zipped pocket of my handbag, which I keep on the floor by my feet.

My (emergency) passport is currently sitting chopped up in my suit pocket having just been to the post office to arrange a new one. Old passport left on AA flight in unfortunate series of events (we genuinely thought each other had the passport).

Real (now cancelled) passport still in LA (after it did a CLT-MIA-GNV-MIA-LRM status run then got FedExed from the Domincan Republic to the Aussie Consulate in LA).

Now my passport will never leave my carryon bag except when in Immigration!!!

I keep mine in my Ansett travel wallet which is usually stuffed into my back pack..

I keep mine in my passport wallet and then inside my carry on. I confess I always end up with carry on.... No matter how much I try not to take it...
