It's a permanent fixture in Seoul. I walked past this a few years ago and remember thinking the same thing :)



I believe this is the "Eagle's Nest".

Yes, its the Obersalzberg, with Berchtesgaden off to the left in the valley. Eagles nest was down to the right of the Dokument centre (as we look at it) past the Kempinski hotel.
