I was thinking one of the port castles in Ghana; as the window dressings even looked close to the flag of Ghana!
But then I moused over the image and saw the filename, so I'll skip this one.

Somewhere along the Skeleton Coast by the looks of it...

It is. Just N of Swakopmund at the Lichen Fields. Unusual foliose lichens rather than the familiar type clinging to rocks (Lichen Fields in Namibia).

S Atlantic in the background and the source of the fog that sustains the lichens (and other life) in this rainless environment.

Quadbike riding by kids in the dunes further S is not recommended...
