As for that earlier post it was taken in Seoul and to be more precise on the sidewalk outside of the eastern wall of the Gyeongbokgung Palace. I have no idea if it is a permanent fixture and when walking past I took the picture as I thought to myself 'that's not something you see every day' and how would you describe it to someone else, a picture tells a 1000 words... and please put us out of our misery with the kids sculpture!!
