As for that earlier post‎ it was taken in Seoul and to be more precise on the sidewalk outside of the eastern wall of the Gyeongbokgung Palace. I have no idea if it is a permanent fixture and when walking past I took the picture as I thought to myself 'that's not something you see every day' and how would you describe it to someone else, a picture tells a 1000 words.

That was more precise than my answer. OT we used to live near Glasgow in a town called Bearsden (the old part) and with the magic of modern technology found a photo of the old place.
