I suggested one of the great lakes in post 1814 and was referred to the second picture in 1813 🤷‍♀️

I wanted everyone to work a bit harder :)

don't recognise the beach, but given the snow I guess maybe one of the Great Lakes?

Well, OK, thats as good as its going to get (also with VPS  ).

Its Sandbanks beach / Provincial Park between Toronto and Kingson, Ontario, looking out on Lake Ontario. I was at Uni in Kingston and was complaining about no surf beaches in Summer. I was taken to there  🤣

Maybe a little obscure ?

This pic in the city.
Hotel overlooked a beach that can be incredibly crowded on hot summer days.

Not sure what happen with the walls and windows or if was being built or taken down. What city.

The hotel where this was taken from and its entrance may give some clues.

No takers for #1819 ... it is Taejongdae Park near Busan, South Korea.

& #1824 is Haeundae Beach at Busan. A pic from the interweb of what it looks like in summer.

OT, is Busan worth a visit, I have been to Seoul a couple of times (work) and once for a couple of days as a short stop. We have been discussing about heading back to Japan for a week or so and somewhere near by and Korea is on my plan. I think we could easily burn 2-3 weeks in Korea as Mrs & Miss_M have not been there however I suspect it may be a challenge to convince them to drop Japan. Any comments/ thoughts are welcomed.

I sent a direct message. Hopefully received.
Unfortunately my Busan trip was very much FIFO with very limited free time.
