I bought my Seiko from Prouds at the local shopping mall and claimed the GST back on the way to SIN. It was a sale price and on a par with anything I have seen elsewhere
I purchased my current watch at HKG (the actual terminal) have no idea if the price was good.....I was in a good mood & the attendant was really nice:!: 9 years later its still going strong & looks good![]()
