Where should I buy a watch?

My two sons think watches are for old people.
They just have their cell phones.
Meanwhile we buy fashion watches with Swiss movements so they don't cost too much. The rose gold finish looks sweet on a lady. I bought that one at Bloomingdales in Los Angeles on a weekend sale for a special lady.

There are a lot of places that mobile phone are band, such as industrial plants like refineries so watches still have a practical use. Also on planes mobiles are not allowed on for some of the flight. Also if you are in a meeting and you don't want to make it look like you are checking the time as you are bored and want to leave, it is easier to glance at you watch than pull out your mobile to check the time.

Let me guess. Your girlfriend at the tax office? ;)

She is a bit too much of a machine for me to get to that stage in our relationship oz_mark.

Now for all those folks who think they can glance at their watch without me noticing then think again! I notice!
Currently I wear a Tommy Hilfiger watch to remind me to not be too serious.

And here it seemed that every time I turned around in Beijing someone wanted to sell me a fancy watch at some ridiculously cheap price... And the tourist shopping mall must have had thirty stores with equally inexpensive price tags:shock: on all the current fancy brand names.

Alas in the end, I decided to stick to pressing the buttons on my ancient mobile phone

Happy wandering
